The Golden Eagle World China Headquarters, located in Nanjing's Hexi New District, stands at an impressive height of 368 meters. Recognized not only as a "new landmark of Nanjing" but also distinguished by its unique tri-tower connected design, it ranks among the largest commercial complexes in Asia. On November 12th, MYUAV Technology successfully completed a high-altitude facade cleaning demonstration operation at the headquarters using the M400X cleaning drone.
This operation leveraged our independently developed M400X lightweight cleaning drone system. With its exceptional precision and intelligent capabilities, the system offers a novel solution for the maintenance of urban high-rise buildings.
On-site, the M400X system demonstrated strong adaptability to complex urban environments. Custom-designed for the DJI M400 drone platform, the system's core cleaning spray gun is constructed from Series 6 aviation-grade aluminum-magnesium alloy. Weighing a mere 350 grams, it effectively minimizes the load on the flight platform, ensuring stability during prolonged operations.
In terms of cleaning efficiency, the specially designed short-handled high-pressure spray gun supports a wide range of adjustment of ±60°, which can flexibly cope with different angles and shapes of building facades, achieving efficient cleaning without dead angles. At the same time, the intelligent auxiliary control module equipped with the system ensures the continuous stability and precision of the high-pressure water jet during operation, significantly improving cleaning efficiency and consistency.
The successful implementation at the Golden Eagle World China Headquarters not only verified the reliability and high efficiency of the M400X system in a real-world scenario but also marks a significant step forward in the maturity of high-altitude drone cleaning technology.
